I just want to take this opportunity to thank you and your son for a great job in installing my new combi boiler, removing the old tank and modifying the pipe work.
I set high standards when tradesmen work in my home and do make many demands that the average customer would not bother with and that the average tradesman could not achieve.
I have to say that every detailed requirement I raised before and during the job was met and that you discussed every point of the installation with me so that I knew exactly what I was getting and how you would achieve my wishes.
My old plumber and heating engineer who I have known on first name terms for over 10 years would not even provide me with a quote for this job. In hindsight he has done me a favour.
All the best for the future and I am sure that sometime next year I will be calling on your services again when I revamp my bathroom.

We bought
a retirement flat for my Mother-in-Law in Hamilton Court, Leighton
Buzzard. She is borderline dementia and has various other health and
mobility issues. The flat had a bath in it, but due to the issues she
has, it was quite apparent that she would need to have a shower
installed as the bath would be completely impractical for her. So, I
started to look for a local plumbing business ( I believe in
supporting local businesses, so it was very important to me that the
company be from Leighton Buzzard ) and arranged for four companies to
come and give us estimates. One came and did not even bother to turn
up on time, the next just showed a complete lack of interest and one
just tried to rip us off. Del from DM & Sons came and was a
breath of fresh air. He gave a free no obligation estimate and was
honest and friendly and at all times professional. He listened to me
when I explained the issues we have with my Mother-in-Law and came up
with some excellent idea's which I hadn't thought of. Del went
through everything with us and went away to do some investigating of
pricing of products etc... and met with myself and my husband to go
through again our requirements and to let us know time-scales, prices
etc... should we wish him to do the work for us. He supplied the
quote in writing, and after discussing it that evening we decided to
go ahead with his quote. He started the work and stuck to all
time-scales and kept us updated at all stages of the work. I visited
the flat on a regular basis and he even showed me how to put the
inside workings of the toilet in and told me how it all worked and
what it all was which was great. He was a “ clean worker” and
when it was all completed, the flat was clean and all rubbish and old
equipment taken away. My Mother-in-Law is now moved in and the
difference to her quality of life that having the shower has given
her is amazing. She can now wash and keep clean everyday now and not
have to worry and struggle with a bath. Due to some of the issues she
has such as continence problems, she now no longer worries about
being embarrassed as she can just jump in the shower. Its also very
easy to keep clean as a special panelling was used which is easier
than tiles. I consider myself to be a good judge of character, I
would not have employed someone who I didn't think was honest and
genuine and wouldn't do a good job. Del was friendly and had genuine
care and compassion for what we needed. Just before the final quote
was given, my youngest Daughter was in Stoke Mandeville Hospital with
suspected Meningitis and he even called to see how she was and how I
was which I think just goes to show what a lovely person he is, and
when Taylar came out of hospital and he saw her, the first thing he
did was give her a big hug and play peek-a-boo with her and she loved
it.
I am very
impressed with Del as a person and as a plumber and the work he has
done for us. I would not hesitate in using him again or hesitate in
recommending him to friends or family if they needed work done.

I can confirm I employed Mr Dervish Mustafa (Del) to install a new boiler
for me in April 2011.

Dervish clearly explained the pros and cons for selecting the boiler type.
We opted for a combination boiler.
The installation, which included the fitting of a new pipe from meter to
boiler, was carried out very satisfactorily with a high regard for
cleanliness and tidying up. The installation was completed in just under 3
days. Dervish called in just over a week ago to check that all was well
which was the case. We would recommend him without hesitation.
